I hired 911 Restoration because they were 1of 3 referred by Limited Mold Inspection. I called and eventually hired them after getting 3 other quotes.

They were not the cheapest but I thought if I paid right I should get good service. They answered all my questions so I felt confident in hiring them. They problem came after the job was done.

During our walk through I noticed a broken chandelier, several window screen doors were broken, tools left by my contractor missing, new front door locks (as replacement) and other small items were also missing. When I called to complain and talked with Eli Elkayam, he basically called me a liar and his workers did not damage the screen doors or break the chandelier, and they did not take anything from the house.

I never received a survey so I cannot post my complaint on their website.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Unethical.
